Thank you all for coming to our latest Masonic Movie Night. It was great to see so many faces who enjoyed the movie Illuminated. The movie was well received.
Just a reminder, our 65th Anniversary Wayfarers Tumbler is now on sale. The tumblers have the Wayfaring man design and come in Royal Blue or Mystery Black. You can also customize your tumbler with your name and any appropriate design. The lodge will receive 75% of the profits on the tumblers, building our lodge. COMPLETED Tuesday, February 4th – 7:00 PM Long-Range Planning Meeting Much was discussed. Fund raisers, new equipment and the installation of said equipment, membership, ritual practices and proficiency of candidates.
COMPLETED Thursday, February 6th 6:30 – 9:30 PM – Two Brothers traveled to Pinal Lodge No. 30 located at 1140 E Florence Blvd. Casa Grande, AZ 85122. Join us next month as we travel to Scottsdale Lodge No. 43.
COMPLETED Tuesday, February 11th – 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Dinner & Stated Meeting, with dinner provided by the boys of Valley of the Sun Chapter Order of DeMolay starting at 6:00 PM. The boys provided Masonic Education which was enjoyed by all. The dinner was welcomed and enjoyed! The Gavel dropped at 7:00 PM. We had a great meeting, covering the action items for the upcoming cleanup day.
COMPLETED Friday. February 14th – Valentine’s Day.
COMPLETED Saturday. February 15th – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: General Cleanup – New Stoves Installed. There was a general clean up of the lodge for the following:
Kitchen tables moved out, cleaned and sanitized. The old stoves were removed. A deep cleaning of the kitchen floor by a professional cleaning service. We had both bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized by Keith! Thank you Keith for attending and providing the cleaning materials, the water, and of course, donuts. The dishwasher was scrubbed and deep cleaned. The installation of new stoves has taken place! They are completely operational, as is the new microwave. Thank you to all the Brothers and a Guest who provided their labors in the continued efforts to beautiful Wayfarers Lodge No. 50.
COMPLETED Sunday. February 16th – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: General Cleanup – New Stoves Installed.The stoves were tested and approved for use.
COMPLETED Tuesday. February 18th – 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Third Degree Practice. Worshipful Brother Matt Hartzell is our new Ritual Coach. We have candidates that are quickly becoming ready to advance their degrees. We need to be prepare to provide the best experience for these candidates. It is imperative we learn our lines and floor work to make a lasting impression upon our candidates, brothers and visiting brethren.

COMPLETED Tuesday, February 25th 7:00 PM Masonic Movie Night. showing “Book of Secrets: Freemasons” Come one and all to enjoy the History Channel showing of this program of the Book of Secrets series! Please bring your family, friends and anyone who may be interested in Masonry to watch a Masonically-themed movie. Food, snacks, and fellowship. Bring your family and friends, all are welcome at attend!

The merger with Hiram Daylight continues. There will be a joint Dinner & Stated Meeting on Tuesday, March 10th, 2020.
