From the Worshipful Master
Greetings Brothers,
I want to express my gratitude again, to all of my Masonic family, for your prayers, good thoughts and well wishes during my recent health crisis. While my recovery is far from complete, I’m doing very well and feeling really well most of the time.
I’m excited to see we have gotten several petitions in. We also raised our youngest Master Mason. last week and will raise another on the 15th. We’ll also be passing a brother to the degree of Fellowcraft on the 5th of November. Please come and support us on our degree nights. The experience is so much richer for our candidates when we have brothers on the sidelines.
Our annual Masonic Family Picnic will be on the 26th of this month starting at 11:00 AM. Please keep an eye on your email and our calendar for final details. Our O.E.S. chapter is planning a chili cook-off as part of the festivities. Please come out and enjoy some food and fellowship with us.
It’s hard for me to believe that this Masonic year is nearly over. It’s gone by very quickly. Words can’t express my gratitude for all of the support, assistance and affection from so many of you. Thank you all from the bottom of my newly refurbished heart!
Fraternally,
George Daggett

Brothers,
First and most important I want to congratulate WB Art Molay for turning 100 years old in September!
Second, I want to announce that Wayfarer’s has launched its first ever “Pick-A-Prize” Raffle. The drawing will be held at our installation of officers on December 7th and the winner can select his/her prize from five great options. We would appreciate all the brothers participation in ensuring this is a successful fund raiser for Wayfarers.
Brothers, I want to encourage you to attend education night on the fourth Tuesday of each month, as you know this is where we have gained most of our new members over the last several years.
If you haven’t attended lodge in some time, and would like to come back to a meeting but you’re not sure if you remember how to get in the door, please let us know and we will ensure that you are welcomed and have the necessary knowledge. We want to see all of our members, and hope that you will consider coming back to visit.
Please let us know of any sickness or distress.
Fraternally,
Doug Steele

Brothers and Friends,
It is hard to believe that we are coming to the end of this Masonic Year. What a whirlwind it has been! It has been challenging, but it indeed has been rewarding. I am grateful to the support I have received in the duties of my office. But most of all I want to thank my beautiful, amazing, and supportive wife for bailing me out at the stated meeting this week. Due to circumstances byond my control, I had to call an audible for the dinner that we had and she stepped up to the plate in grand fashion and made us an excellent meal on short notice. She works hard at many other things, and she took time out of her very busy schedule to support us and for that I am grateful! Thank you!
I also would like to thank the Job’s Daughters and Bethel 22 for the meal that they prepared for us last month in September. Ladies, we are always grateful when you come to visit with us and share in your ability to create a wonderful meal that we can all enjoy! We are looking forward to the next one!
We had a very successful Welcome Back Breakfast, and a successful experiment in the form of a door-prize, in this case a 50/50 raffle. I received much help in getting that put together, but I do want to call out those brothers that assisted: WB George Dagget, WB Doug Steele, Bro. Cameron Smith, Bro. Ken Olsen, Bro. Ben Kruse, Bro. Darrell Jenkins, Bro. Mark Kahl, WB Matt Hinson, and Bro. Vernon Nolte. And special thanks to a friend of the lodge who is not a brother, Jack Francis, who also came and helped serve food. If I have missed your name please forgive me, let me know, and I will add it to this list. Without all of you, and all of the hard work that each and every one of you put into this, it could not have been a success. We made a decent amount of money in the fund raiser and we are looking forward to future successes as we build a secure future for Wayfarers.
We have degree nights coming up. Please check the calendar so that we can make sure as many brothers as possible attend for our candidates. They deserve our support. And we will be busy as we have received many petitions already and more hopefully to come.
Finally, please come to our education night. I believe that we have a unique thing here in Arizona and it is being noticed. And I enjoy teaching and learning with all of you and the support you show me in this undertaking, as inexperienced as I am, has been a blessing, driving me forward to improve.
Yours in the Craft,
Jason Michlowitz
