Brothers and Friends,
First I would like to give an update on WB George. At the moment, he is doing reasonably well. He currently still has his chest tube but the medical staff at Banner Heart is hoping to have this removed tomorrow. This is the thing at the moment causing most of his pain. He is, however, beginning to slowly recover, and hopes to return as soon as possible. He is taking visitors on a VERY limited basis. Please be considerate and do not visit too early or too late in the day, and please make sure not to stay too long. It might be better to give him another couple of days, but he said he will see people on a limited basis. If anyone does go down there though, please be prepared to be turned away only because he will need his rest. It is not personal. Please continue to keep him and his family in your prayers though. He is recovering and he knows how much the Masonic families care about his, and he is grateful, and has expressed as such.
This week, tomorrow July 23, at 7:00 we have our usual Masonic Education Roundtable. Please come to the lodge and support Brother Jason as he begins taking over this role. And if Master Masons could please attend, we will be conducting a proficiency while there.
Finally, next week we are currently dark but watch the calendar for any changes.
