Brethren,
As we quiet down towards the end of the year, I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season.
While the Lodge is officially dark from now until New Years 2020, this would be a great time to visit other Lodges and/or pick up the ritual book and hone your skills.
If you’re an officer, it’s a great time to learn one of the degrees to move up into the pedestal offices for next year and the future.
Remember, the merger with Hiram Daylight Lodge No. 73 is moving forward. There will be more information and announcements at the Stated Meeting.
Additionally, we have created a Lodge Travel Schedule for any Wayfarers Lodge Mason who wants to travel to other Lodges to join the fellowship of Masonry. See the Lodge calendar for details.

Wednesday, January 1st, 2020 New Years Day! Rest easy and enjoy the day for we will resume our Masonic duties for a greater 2020!
Reminder: Lodge Dues payment notices are being processed by the Treasurer and e-mail notifications have been sent out. All requests for dues cards can be made in Lodge directly to the Secretary and Treasurer or electronically. Directions are provided in your notification.
We will come back strong after New Year’s. In 2020, we have our very First Annual New Years Breakfast on Saturday January 4th (see below for details).

Friday, January 3rd, 10:00 – 11:00 AM – Un-decorate The ChristmasTtree At Phoenix Children’s Hospital located at 1919 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016. The Christmas season is over, and it’s time to take down the Wayfarers Lodge No. 50 Christmas tree at PCH. Anyone who is available, meet at in the lobby of the PCH just before 10:00 AM.
Saturday, January 4th 8:00 – 11:00 AM – First Annual New Years French Toast Breakfast! Come one, come all enjoy a hearty Wayfarers Lodge No. 50 breakfast to welcome in our New Year of 2020! Tickets are $8.00, and there will be a 50/50 raffle at the breakfast. This should be a fun event to bring friends and family to as well.
Saturday, January 4th 8:00 – 5:00 PM- Riders of the Third Degree Tucson – DÃa de Los Reyes Toy Drive.
Tuesday, January 7th 7:00 PM, Second Degree Practice. We have a candidate who is very excited to move through his degrees, so we want to make sure we’re giving him the best experience possible. If any of the officers want to practice in the East, let me know, I’d be more than happy to see that happen!
Wednesday, January 8th 6:30 – 9:30 PM – Traveling to Epes Randolph Lodge No. 32 located at 3959 E Mabel St, Tucson, AZ 85712. Any Mason from Wayfarers No. 50 who would like to travel with us, we are going to attend the dinner and stated meeting. We will communicate for carpooling if anyone wants to attend.
Tuesday, January 14th 6:00 PM, Dinner & Stated Meeting. Dinner will be provided by our Jr. Warden, Bro. Chris Britt. All are invited for dinner and all Masons are encouraged to stay for our First Stated Meeting of 2020 at 7:00 PM.
Sunday, January 12th 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – El Quixote No. 83 F&AM – Installation of Officers. Come one, come all to support our Brethren in El Quixote No. 83 F&AM with their new officer line.

Monday, January 27th, 6:00 – 10:00 PM- Private Event at the Lodge.
Tuesday, January 28th, 7:00 – 9:00 PM – Masonic Movie Night – “Illuminated“. Bring your friends and family to our Masonic Movie Night! All are welcome for a viewing of Johnny Royal’s newest movie “Illuminated”!
